SM produces some of their Christmas campaigns for its client Mall Plaza for 3 years in a row.
4 giant gingerbread houses were made in different cities in Chile. Santiago, Copiapó, Iquique and La Serena. This activation was never performed before in Chile and required a design in charge of construction architects, pastry chefs, decorators, and carpenters.
Each house was elaborated using: 610kg of meringue, 200kg of sugar, 120kg of chocolate, 100kg of fondant, and 150kg of powdered sugar.
